Now, in partnership with Goheadhunt, we’re making easier for dedicated Home Carers and Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane Northside.
Current Role:
Home Carer / Support Worker
As a Home Carer / Support Worker, you’ll provide a wide range of support services, tailored to each client’s needs:
- Brisbane Northside (Redcliffe to Newstead)
- Casual with flexible hours, Monday to Friday
- Above award rates
- Provide personal care – supporting daily living activities with dignity and respect
- Community access – accompanying clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, or social events
- Companionship – building strong, trusted relationships through genuine care
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability), Community Services, or equivalent – OR a minimum of 500+ hours’ experience in the field
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card – paid), NDIS Orientation Module Certificate, First Aid & CPR certifications
- Available for morning and afternoon shifts, mainly Monday to Friday
- People who love helping others, show compassion, and bring a positive personality to their work
