Lead Educator
As a Lead Educator, you’ll be more than just a team member — you’ll be a mentor, a role model, and a guiding light in the lives of young children. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that supports your growth and celebrates your impact.

- Shifts available Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
- Provide high-quality care for children and lead your room with confidence and creativity
- Deliver engaging, play-based educational programs
- Mentor and support a team of educators to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Champion a fun, safe, and inclusive space every single day
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience working with children in a care or education setting
